We are all so conscious of eating organically & sustainably these days, why don’t we drink that way also? We think now is the time. We at Cru have always focused on artisanal wine, but in the last couple of years we’ve expanded our focus to include wines made with organically-farmed grapes, biodynamically-farmed grapes, and natural wines (the hottest segment in wine right now).
Please join Head Sommelier Zach Groseclose and Sommelier Kathleen Cimino for an enlightening evening at the Show and Tell Space in the Armature Works as we taste delicious examples from each category: organic, biodynamic, and natural wines – and discuss how these techniques impact what you taste in the glass.
